cayenne pepper and black pepper... great recipes

unfortunately we don't have a fence. So that equates to no good trashy people letting their dog poop on our grass. So after retrieving yet another dog gift i spread cayenne pepper and black pepper all over our lawn and i hope and pray it stays on there long enough to do the trick. In which case dog owners hopefully will learn from a very upset dog not to let their mutts mess up my lawn.
