Tribute to Daddy

I got a letter from Kristy today that I thought I'd share with all of you:

Hey there! I just wanted to write and send you the comments my dad said about your dad.

• "He had the capacity to do what was right all the time."
• "His hallmark was his integrity."
• "He was good at giving service and loving people."
• "Mike's legacy is that he was the kind of man who changed the world and those around him for the better through his association."

I don't know the context of these remarks; I vaguely remember Kristy mentioning that her dad had said some nice things about Daddy right after Daddy passed away. But I was lifted by this letter and thought you'd enjoy reading them, too.

Thanks to all of you for your prayers on behalf of our family right now. We will definitely be keeping you updated as we learn more. Our specialist appointment is on Tuesday afternoon, so look for an update on Tuesday night or Wednesday sometime. Love you all!
