Well Done

I really am a well done kind of person.

I was at the Salt Grass steak house on Monday night with the missionaries and the Goff's. I, of course, ordered steak. Medium. I wanted to try it. Everyone says it's better that way. I took a couple of bites and thought it was horrible.

Yesterday, I popped the left-overs in to broil. After it started to smell wonderfully, I took it out and decided steak from the Salt Grass is actually quite good. But I like it well done:)

I'm just a well done kind of gal and I'm never going to let anyone else tell me otherwise.
