The Goal for Now

Right now my end goal in my research is to determine how good of a conductor these particular nanowires will be in circuits. I needed the complete circuit so that I can pass a current through the wires at differing length and find the resistivity or conductivity of the wires themselves. Once this is finished I can focus on other aspects of the research that I really don't know as of yet.

As for the funding, everything that I use for my research is paid for by a grant from my advisor. I usually do the ordering in the lab so he gave me the information needed to place the orders. If I need to purchase anything with my own money that will be used in the lab then he pays me back once I show him the receipt. So, with the exception of gas to get to and from school, everything is paid for by a grant.
