Baby Awesome

At 37 weeks + 2 days, I am about where I usually am--50% effaced, 1.5 cm dilated. Baby's dropped, head engaged, all that stuff. Healthy mom at 167 lbs (that's a total weight gain of less than 20 lbs...yikes).

For comparison, this is where I was when Gideon was at 37 weeks. And he was born at 38 weeks + 4 days. So maybe maybe maybe this baby will oblige me and come next week sometime...what about Election Day afternoon? We'll go vote in the morning, have the baby in the afternoon...sounds good to me!
