Parking at ASU

When I started attending ASU I bought the cheapest parking sticker and was happy. I soon discovered that if I didn't arrive on campus before 8am I might have to wait 30 minutes to find a desent parking place. So I would get up at the crack of dawn and drive to campus, if for nothing else, to get a good parking spot. Well, school has been over for the last few weeks and the first summer classes don't start until next Tuesday. With this in mind I was not expecting to have to fight for parking again until at the earliest next week. I forgot one tiny event, high school graduations. Yesterday was the first. I arrived in the morning just fine, got a choice parking spot and went in to do research. When I left at 5pm the parking lot was full, which never happened during the school year at 5pm, except on game days. I soon say students walking to the area wearing caps and gowns. I realized, "oh yeah, graduation." I see it again today. I expect to see it again tomorrow. That's life I guess.
