The craziness of weather

You'd think I was a weather girl the way all my blogs are about the weather.
First impression: This morning it was quite warm. Has been here these past few days. I was on-line looking at the weather and found this map about how hot it was around the country today.
Second impression: I went to a baptism this evening. After the service ended and I was out in the hall talking there was a sudden commotion by the relief society door. It was raining- No, it was pouring- No, it was hailing stones the size of quarters. We waited for it to ease up and it didn't. We waited for the hail to stop. It didn't. Finally, I simply chanced it and ran for the car. What an experience- not the running, but the sitting in my car listening to hail stones hit my car. It was hard not to flinch. Movie flash backs were playing in my mind- the scene from Dante's Peak where the volcano in the beginning is shooting huge rocks of magna onto the poor people below.
Third impression: I love Colorado. I am not overly fond of change. I mean, I am not a wanderlust. There is definitely something to be said about knowing where I sleep and what I eat, etc. But there is a small part of me loves how fickle the weather is here. It is always changing and I love it!!
