Re: My blog

Tyler, I've been playing around with the idea of starting my own blog for a long time, but I finally decided to do it when I noticed that all my friends have personal blogs. And I love reading them, because even though Kristy lives in Flagstaff, AZ, and Tammy lives in Houston, and Mandy lives in West Valley City, UT, I still sort of feel like part of their lives. It's fun to keep up with everyone.

I want to be a part of that. And I obviously don't want to send my friends to our family blogs, because that would be weird. And Ponderit is for religious musings, and Hot Blava is for political...I just didn't see a place to write about my life. And my random thoughts. And the cute things my kiddos do. And other stuff that bubbles out of my fevered mind.

I've tasked myself with writing everyday (excepting Saturday, which is my day off), so some of the posts are going to be really short, really random, and not necessarily examples of fabulous writing technique. It's a good exercise for me, though, because I'll need discipline to keep it up. And it should be a pretty fun record for my kids, someday. A record of their mother's random mind.
