"Poor Unfortunate Soul"
You ever have a week when you feel like you've been washed in cold water, wrung out, and left to dry in a little, crumpled ball?
Me either.
But I have had a killer week. On top of the emotional events that we are all dealing with, I've been working frantically on my thesis, baby-sitting (not just JR but at time also Abby (2.5 years) and Ethan (13 months), so that would be 5 kids under the age of three), playing in the park (oh, the lovely long naps we've accomplished by totally wearing out the kids outside), pulling weeds (oh the dandilions) and preparing for the Republican County Convention.
Which was this morning. I had a great time (here's my summary), but I didn't get home until 1:30. Then we started putting up the shed--it was actually kinda of fun! We didn't get finished, though, but we did get roasted. I haven't shifted into "summer" mode, and I didn't think about sunblock. Oh well. Anyway, I'm afraid I'm not thinking straight right now...I better go to bed. I love you all!
